Bids submitted for acquisition of 67% of Port Authority of Alexandroupolis

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has received two offers for the acquisition of 67% of the share capital of the Alexandroupolis Port Authority in Greece.

Acquisition proposals were submitted by the following bidders:

  • The joint venture INTERNATIONAL PORT INVESTMENTS ALEXANDROUPOLIS comprising BLACK SUMMIT FINANCIAL GROUP - EUROPORTS-EFA GROUP and GEK TERNA;
  • LIBERTY PORT HOLDINGS SINGLE MEMBER S.A., a subsidiary of QUINTANA INFRASTRUCTURE & DEVELOPMENT.

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Fund, the proposals of investors who have fulfilled the conditions of the competition will be opened. Evaluation of proposals will begin immediately.
