Bids received for parking PPP in Maryland

The city of Annapolis in Maryland has received two bids for the RFP for Parking Facilities Redevelopment public-private partnership (PPP) Project issued earlier this year. In November last year, 5 companies submitted their statements of qualifications in response to RFQ.

The project is Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain of parking facilities and resilience infrastructure in the city of Annapolis. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, producing a master plan and implementation strategy to demolish the existing parking facility, design, construct and finance a new parking facility, and redevelop City Dock infrastructure and related site improvements.
