Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) announced that it has received 2 bids for the Hassyan Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) Plant.
The following Bidders have submitted the proposals ACWA Power and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company. ACWA Power offered the most competitive water-levelized tariff for the Hassyan Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) Plant. Their Base Proposal of 120 Million Gallons per Day (MIGD) had a tariff of 0.389 US Dollars per cubic meter, while their Alternative Proposal of 180 MIGD had a tariff of 0.365 US dollars per cubic meter. DEWA aimed to select the Preferred Bidder during Q2 2023.
