Bids received for Annapolis Parking Facilities Redevelopment

The City of Annapolis has received 5 Statements of Qualifications for the redevelopment of parking facilities and resilience infrastructure. The deadline for the bids was on November 7. 

The project will be implemented on Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain basis. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, producing a master plan and implementation strategy to demolish the existing parking facility, design, construct and finance a new parking facility, and redevelop City Dock infrastructure and related site improvements.
