Bids received for acquisition of 67% stake in Igoumenitsa Port Authority

Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has received three bidding offers for the acquisition of a majority stake of 67% of the Igoumenitsa Port Authority. The Igoumenitsa Port Authority S.A. holds the right of the exclusive use and operation of the land, buildings and facilities of the land zone of the port of Igoumenitsa, the Sagiada fishing shelter, the Plataria fishing shelter and the yacht shelter in Sivota, Greece.

The bidding offers were submitted by the following firms:

  • Attica Holdings and Aktor Concessions;
  • Minoan Lines S.A, a GRIMALDI Group Company;
  • Thessaloniki Port Authority.

The financial proposals of investors who satisfy the tender's requirements will be made public at a later meeting of the Fund's Board of Directors.
