The Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority, Water & Sanitation Infrastructure Development Division has invited bids for the design, review, supply, and installation of electro-mechanical equipment, testing, and commissioning of the Koye Fetche wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Ethiopia.
The International Development Association (IDA) has extended financial support to Ethiopia for the Second Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Project (SUWSSP). The project includes the following two Wastewater Treatment Plants at Koye Fetche:
The project encompasses a range of tasks, including general provisions, civil works, and the supply and installation of electro-mechanical components (including spare parts, erection and supervision, commissioning, and startup). Funding for this initiative is being provided by the World Bank.
