The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental (PGNO) has invited interested parties to qualify and bid for the Negros Occidental Bulk Water Supply Project (NBWSP).
The NBWSP project entails the funding, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a bulk water supply system with a minimum capacity of 34.5 million liters per day (MLD). This system will source water from the Imbang River and/or Malogo River, providing treated bulk water to six water service providers in Negros Occidental: Silay City, Talisay City, Victorias City, Bacolod City, the Municipality of Manapla, and the Municipality of EB Magalona. The project will be executed through a Joint Venture (JV) with the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental (PGNO) for 38 years, including the construction period.
