The Maldives' Ministry of Social and Family Development has invited bids for the development of a Senior Citizen’s Home in Addu City Feydhoo under a Design, Build, Finance, and Operate Public-Private Partnership model.
Interested bidders must register between February 4-12, 2025, and pay a MVR 500.00 non-refundable fee. Bids require a security deposit of MVR 20,000 (US$ 1,285.76) and must be submitted by February 19, 2025. Further details and project terms are available on the ministry’s e-portal.
