The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) has invited bids for Phase 1 of the New Clark City Underground Utilities project, with an approved budget of approximately PHP 890 million (US$ 15 million).
The project must be completed within 450 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to proceed. Bidders must have prior experience in a similar contract. Interested parties can obtain more details from BCDA and review the bidding documents. A bid security, in an acceptable form and amount, is required for submission. The bid deadline is set for May 2, 2025.
