The National Center for Research and Technological Development (EKETA) has invited bids for the Expansion and Upgrading of EKETA's Central Facilities in Thermi Thessaloniki, Greece. 

The project aims to fully construct two contemporary buildings and add a floor to an existing building situated within the premises of the National Center for Research and Development (EKETA) in Thessaloniki, specifically at the 6th kilometer of Harilaou-Thermi. Additionally, the project includes enhancing the energy efficiency of the building located at the 1st kilometer of Thermi - Panorama street in Thermi, elevating it to category A+.
