The Government of Maranhão, through the State Agency for Urban Mobility and Public Services (MOB), has received two bids for the Intermunicipal ferry concession in Brazil.

The project aims to provide Public Waterway Service for Passengers, Cargoes and Vehicles between Ponta da Espera Terminal and Cujupe Terminal. Following are the shortlisted bidders, who are invited to participate further in tendering process :

1. Internacional Maritima
2. Celte Navegacao

Once the analysis for the Technical Proposal and Amount of Grant is complete, the authority will publish the results with a deadline to appeal.
