Bidders shortlisted for Higher Education Bundle 2 in Ireland

The National Treasury Management Agency in Ireland has shortlisted four bidders to procure Higher Education Bundle 2. The PPP project involves the design, build, finance, operation, and maintenance of a number of new buildings and centers at Higher Education Institutions in Ireland.

The four shortlisted bidders are following :

  1. BAM PPP PGGM Infrastructure Cooperatie UA- BAM PPP PGGM Infrastructure Cooperatie UA, BAM Building Ltd, BAM FM Ireland Ltd;
  2. Enbarr Partnership- Macquarie Corporate Holdings Pty Limited (UK Branch), JJ Rhatigan & Company Unlimited Company, Obrascon Huarte Lain SA, Sodexo Ireland Ltd;
  3. EquiSisk Higher Education Partnership- Equitix Infrastructure Investments Ltd, Sisk PPP Investments Limited, John Sisk & Son (Holdings) Ltd, Sensori Facilities Management Ltd;
  4.  Sacyr Kajima- Kajima Ireland Ltd, Sacyr Concessions Limited, Sacyr Ireland Limited, K&J Townmore Construction Limited, Sacyr Concessiones SL, Derwent FM.
