Bilaj Al Jazayer Real Estate Development has received the bidder's proposals for the Main Contract Works Package of Bilaj Al Jazayer Hotels and Residences in Bahrain.

The scope of work includes the construction of all building structures and all associated external works. The following Bidders submitted the proposals:

• Mohammed Jalal Contracting Co. WLL – BHD 43 million (USD114.8 million)
• Dadabhai Construction – BHD 45 million (USD119.8 million)
• Cebarco Bahrain W.L.L – BHD 47 million (USD124.2 million)
• Nass Contracting Co. W.L.L – BHD 51 million (USD135.3 million)
• Poullaides Construction – BHD 53 million (USD140.8 million)
• Almoayyed Contracting – BHD 57 million (USD151.2 million)
• Tamcon Contracting – BHD 59 million (USD155.9 million)
