General Directorate of Concessions (DGC) in Chile has postponed the reception of technical and economic offers for La Serena Airport concession. Thorugh a circular the DGC has moved the technical bids opening to May 28, 2020, and economical bids opening to June 25, 2020.

The project involves the construction of air terminal which will have are two new boarding bridges, new facilities for key buildings in the operation of the airport such as the aeronautical electrical substation, an access control post, a review building loading, transmitter stations, receiver stations, installation of land fuel and sanitation, logistics transport building.
