Colombia’s Urban Development Institute has protracted the deadline to submit offers for Carrera Séptima road corridor PPP in Bogotá.
The project on Carrera Séptima Avenue comprises 3 separate tenders. The project aims to transform the avenue into a corridor that fully integrates electrified public transportation, dedicated bus lanes, bike paths, and public squares. Alongside the Bogotá metro's Line No. 1, the green corridor is regarded as one of the significant infrastructure projects for the Colombian capital. Those interested in submitting proposals for this COP2.5 trillion (US$626 million) green corridor project in Bogotá have until October 2 to do so, following the newly established deadlines by Colombia's urban development agency IDU. The contract awards are scheduled for October 25-27.
