Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited (BASL) has announced that it has lost 50% revenue due to the opening and operation of a new terminal at the airport - the General Aviation Terminal (GAT) - by the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN). The CEO of BASL also declared that the construction and operation of GAT is in breach of its concession, as the contract states that no alternate terminal will be operated in Lagos airspace by any organization during the concession period
