BETOMAX to Acquire QUICK Bauprodukte

INDUS Holding AG has announced its acquisition of QUICK Bauprodukte GmbH by its portfolio company BETOMAX in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany.

The transaction involves 100% acquisition of the shares in QUICK. QUICK produces and sells standard and special components for bridge construction, structural and civil engineering as well as tunnel construction. The company employs around 45 people and generated annual sales of around 8 million euros in 2022.

The acquisition aims to have:

  • Specialist for formwork and reinforcement accessories and bridge construction equipment; and
  • Portfolio expansion in the future topic Infrastructure Buildings.
