The City of Bethune in France has launched a tender for the development, design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of an ice rink complex under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP/P3) scheme.
The EUR51 million (US$57.67 million) project is part of the program financed by the European Union fund.
