Belgium launches tender for R4 West East road upgrade PPP project

The Flemish government has launched a tender for the R4 West-East road upgrade in Belgium under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme. 

The government seeks a private partner for the conversion of the R4 West and East roads to primary in Ghent, Zelzate, and Evergem. 

The deadline for the submission of documents is on July 5, 2019.
