The Province of British Columbia has launched a request for proposals (RFP) from interested to provide facility consultant advisory services for the Royal British Columbia Museum project renovation.
The contracting authority expects the selected firm to carry out services in three phases. Phase 1 includes working the business case: development of the project case in support of the development of the indicative design. Phase 2 includes procurement: drafting specifications, development of evaluation criteria, participation in collaborative meetings, and evaluation of submissions. Phase 3 involves implementation: working with users through design development; and reviewing contractor work for compliance to specifications.
The deadline for the submission of the documents for tender is on April 23, 2019.
