BBGI Global Infrastructure acquired 49% stake in Via Solutions Nord
BBGI Global Infrastructure has acquired a 49% stake in Via Solutions Nord, the project company for the A7 motorway in Germany. The interest in Via Solutions was acquired from entities owned by Hochtief Solutions AG.
In operation since 2018, the A7 motorway PPP project connects Bordesholm and Hamburg in Germany. It includes 11 interchanges, six parking facilities, four rest areas, 79 civil engineering structures, 100,000 sqm noise barriers, and a 550-meter noise enclosure tunnel. The project is a part of the Trans-European Transport Networks that aims to improve cross-border connections.
The purchase price of the stake has not been disclosed yet.
