BBGI completes the acquisition of 25% stake in Stanton Territorial Hospital PPP Project

Bilfinger Berger Global Infrastructure (BBGI) has announced a close of the acquisition of 25% interest in Stanton Territorial Hospital PPP project. 

The Hospital is an operational 27,00sqm hospital with 100 patient rooms located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. The concession period is until 2048. Government of Northwest Territories is responsible for the availability payments for the project.

BBGI now owns 50% of the project. 

The exact purchase price is confidential, but it is known that it is less than GBP 10 million (USD 13 million).
