Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts Group) on its acquisition of a 34% stake in JP Energie Environnement (JPee). 

The recent transaction has further bolstered JPee's equity capital, enabling the company to enhance its installed capacity. Currently, JPee operates 14 wind farms and 64 PV power stations, totaling 432 MW. With this additional support, JPee aims to surpass 2 GW of installed capacity by 2030. Banque des Territoires, a branch of Caisse des Dépôts, is a financial institution in France that specializes in providing financing and support for local development projects. JP Energie Environnement (JPee) is an independent French renewable energy producer actively involved in developing, financing, constructing, and operating wind farms and photovoltaic (PV) power stations within France.
