The Government of Bangladesh has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) for interested firms to deliver technical (engineering) consultancy services for the Upgrading of Joydevpur-DebogramBhulta-Madanpur (Dhaka By-Pass) Road (N-105) project.
The Dhaka By-Pass road project will be implemented under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme for the 25-year concession period.
The Independent Engineer Services (IE Services) will include a full range of supervision activities such as but not limited to quality control; progress monitoring and reporting; issuing of interim /final payment certificates; contract closing activities, including disputes/claim/arbitration resolution, if any; issuing completion, taking over or defect liability certificates.
The deadline for the submission of documents is on June 12, 2019.
