The Government of Bangladesh has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) for the development, design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of an approximately 80 km 4-lane road Phase 1 of Dhaka Chattogram Expressway (DCX) project that connects Dhaka to Comilla.
The objective of the RFEOI is to commence the consultation with prospective developers, concessionaires, investors, and financiers to both, updates the opportunities and seek feedbacks in developing the project.
The DCX would be part of the Asian Highway (AH 41) with a total length of 200 km once operational.
The deadline for the submission of the documents is on March 15, 2019.
