Bangladesh launches RFEOI seeking consultant for terminal PPP
The public-private partnership authority of Bangladesh has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking a technical consultant to provide a detailed business case model for Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 of the Bay Terminal located in Chittagong.
The consultant will assist the authority in stages of PPP structuring, develop a business case, complete project risk assessment, as well as structure the project, commercial model and assist in the procurement process.
