Public-Private Partnership Authority of Bangladesh has launched an invitation for Bid (IFB) Notice seeking a private partner to develop a commercial complex on a railway-owned land parcel near Khulna station.
The private partner will be responsible for the design, build, finance, operate, and transfer of a Shopping Complex cum Guest House on the proposed land as well as rehabilitation of existing railway quarters.
