BaltCap to finance EUR6 million for Vilnius school PPP project

BaltCap has announced that it will finance EUR6 million (USD6.8 million) to a school PPP project located in Vilnius Innovation Industrial Park, Miškadvario Street, Lithuania through its BaltCap Infrastructure Fund.

The project of the British School of Vilnius will be a four-story building spread across 4000 sq m. The educational institution will consist of a classroom, lab and art classroom, gym, swimming pool, football stadium and a basketball court. The project is financed and owned by BaltCap Infrastructure Fund for 20 years. At the end of the contract, The British School of Vilnius will buy the building.

A special-purpose Vehicle BSV Development, owned by The British School of Vilnius, will be responsible for the development of the project.
