The Government of Bahamas has put the airport bundle PPP concession under review, which will determine if the upgrades of the airport align with the designated strategies of the government administration.

The bidding process for the concession is expected to continue as planned once the review is finished. The publication for the pre-qualification process is ready to be launched. Earlier the qualification documents (RFQ) were scheduled to be published in mid-September 2021, but due to administrative changes in the government, the process has been paused.
