Azrieli Group Ltd. has announced the acquisition of Infinity SDC Ltd in Romford, London, UK.
The company has signed a share purchase agreement through its Norwegian-based subsidiary Green Mountain for the purchase of the properties owned by Infinity SDC Ltd. After closing the acquisition Azrieli Group will merge Infinity SDC into Green Mountain.
The transaction also involves the purchase of a data center building in Romford, East London. The data center is green-powered and can support an IT load of up to 40MW and has several strong UK companies as tenants already.
