Secretariat of the Environment and Infrastructure in Brazil has postponed the auction for state Electric Energy-Generation company (CEEE-G). The new deadline to submit the proposals is March 18, 2022 and the auction will be held on March 23, 2022.
The transaction involves power generation arm of CEEE group denoted as CEEE-G. The minimum proposal value will be BRL1.25 billion (US$197.77 million) for 66.23% stake.
