Atlas Arteria acquisition to Skyway Concession in Chicago

Atlas Arteria has announced the agreement to acquire Skyway Concession Company LLC in Chicago, USA. 

As part of the transaction, all required regulatory approvals have been obtained in relation to the acquisition of a 66.67% majority interest in Skyway Concession Company LLC.

The concessionaire of the Chicago Skyway is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of the Chicago Skyway, a 12.55 km toll road, under a 99-year concession agreement.

The acquisition is expected to occur by early December 2022.
