Astarte Capital Partners has announced the launch of Hyperion Hellenic Investment Fund (H2IF). H2IF will focus on mid-market value-add opportunities within energy transition and smart infrastructure in Greece. The fund will also invest in smart infrastructure, EV charging infrastructure, hydrogen energy and transit infrastructure.
The fund aims to raise EUR250 million (US$256.37 million) and has already raised EUR100 million (US$102.54 million) in soft commitments. The fund has a 12-year life term and targets a 15% gross Internal Rate of Return (IRR) on investments. It expects to invest in 12 to 15 infrastructure assets.
