Astaldi finalizes sale of its stake in Northern Marmara Highway to IC Ictas

Astaldi S.p.A. (Astaldi) announced that it has finalized the sale to IC Ictas Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Ictas) of its shares in the asset relating to the concession for the construction and management of the Northern Marmara Highway (Third Bridge) in Turkey.

The Northern Marmara Highway project is 60 km of road section which includes the third bridge over the Bosporus named Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, which measures 1.3 kilometers and connects Asia and Europe north of Istanbul.

The purchase price for the asset is US$ 315 million.
