Arjun Infrastructure has announced that it acquires a 24% stake in Altitude Infra by Arjun Infrastructure through its Infrastructure Alliance Europe 2 fund.
After the purchase, Arjun will join the HICL Infrastructure Fund. Altitude Infrastructure is an operator in the telecommunications infrastructure sector. The Group operates throughout the country through 21 branches and has a poarrtfolio of 22 Public Initiative Networks (PIP). The company owns more than 150,000 km of fiber optic network in 27 regions of France. Altitude Infrastructure provides a full range of Orange, Free, SFR and Bouygues Telecom services.
Altitude Infra assists in digital development projects in the area to compensate for a lack of service for the benefit of end-users. The group operates throughout the country through 21 branches and has a portfolio of 22 Public Initiative Networks (PIP).
