Arjun Infrastructure Partners acquired minority stake in Amarenco

Amarenco has completed a capital raising of EUR300 million (US$319 million) to Support its Growth as a Solar IPP and Storage Energy Player. 

This new round of financing will make it possible to take another important step toward achieving its objectives of turning all of its multi-GW projects into assets and continue to expand across all of its 3 strategic pillars, i.e. solar, energy storage and agripv infrastructures.
