Ares completes acquisition of Landmark Partners

Ares Management Corporation (Ares) has announced that its subsidiary has completed the acquisition of Landmark Partners, LLC (Landmark), one of the most experienced investors in acquiring secondary private fund ownership stakes in the alternative asset management industry.

With more than US$19.6 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2021, Landmark provides private equity, real estate and infrastructure secondary solutions for institutional investors. The company has six offices across the USA and Asia and a team of 150 professionals. 

Landmark will operate in a newly formed Ares investment group, named Secondary Solutions, and will be branded as Landmark Partners, an Ares company.
