Areim has announced the final closing of its data center fund, Areim DC Fund, with EUR446 million (US$482 million) in committed capital.
Areim DC Fund is focused on expanding Areim's data center platform through the company's ownership in EcoDataCenter. Areim has owned EcoDataCenter since 2018 and the ownership has now been transferred to Areim DC Fund. The fund will focus on developing its data center platform.
