Arcus Infrastructure Partners LLP (Arcus) has announced that Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 3 SCSp (AEIF3) has acquired an 85% shareholding in European Data Hub S.A. (EDH) from the Luxembourg-based Wagner Group.
EDH operates a data center in Luxembourg and provides colocation and related services to its customers. EDH's current marketable IT capacity is 1.2 MW, c. 1750 sq. m of saleable IT space. Spaces certified to EN50600 VK4 and Uptime Institute Tier IV high availability standards. EDH serves financial institutions, IT service companies, telecommunications companies and several European Union institutions. The purchase of a stake in EDH follows Arcus' strategy to ensure that its investment has a positive impact on ESG.
