The initial public offering involves divesting a 30% stake in Athens International Airport S.A., equivalent to 90,000,000 existing ordinary registered voting shares, each with a nominal value of €1.00. This is part of the broader listing of the entire 300,000,000 ordinary shares issued by the Company. The offering encompasses a total of 90,000,000 existing ordinary registered shares of the Company, with an additional 5,181,818 over-allotment shares allocated due to high demand. The distribution includes assigning 12,200,000 Offer Shares to the Greek Public Offering, constituting 13.56% of the Offer Shares, and allocating 77,800,000 Offer Shares to the Institutional Offering, representing 86.44% of the Offer Shares.
