The city of Annapolis in Maryland has stated that the development of Noah Hillman Parking Garage in downtown Annapolis will continue as per schedule despite coronavirus pandemic. Daily life has been halt for the last two weeks in the city due to lockdown. The officials are working to keep the largest development project in the city on track.
Two interested companies have already submitted their comprehensive bids for the design, build, finance, operate and maintain the project. The authority will choose the preferred bidder in late spring 2020. Meanwhile, if the situation does not improve the officials and selection committee will conduct discussion and meeting virtually.
