Asset Management Plan Capital (AMP) has acquired a newly-developed 731-bed student accommodation facility from Australian National University (ANU) in Australia.

The acquisition adds a 731-bed student accommodation facility from Australian National University (ANU), bringing AMP's portfolio of on-campus beds at the institution to 4,915.

With the transaction, AMP Limited has entered into a sale agreement with Dexus for AMP Capital’s domestic infrastructure equity and real estate businesses. The duration of the concession contract is 35 years.
