AMP capital acquires 17.26% stake in New Royal Adelaide Hospital

AMP Capital has announced that it has completed the acquisition of a 17.26% stake in New Royal Adelaide Hospital from John Laing Ltd. The new Royal Adelaide Hospital has 800 beds including 100 same-day beds with the capacity to admit around 80,000 patients per year.

John Laing received GBP 69 million (US$ 95.11 million) for its stake in the hospital.
