The specialized international investment manager Amber Infrastructure Group (Amber) with its majority owned digital platform, iseek, has acquired the south australian data center operator YourDC.

The acquisition of YourDC allows to diversify the geographic, customer and industry profile of the iseek platform and to offer additional digital and co-location services. YourDC will provide iseek a strong foothold in the growing data center market in South Australia, increase the size, scale and experience of the digital platform, and provide co-location, cloud and connectivity solutions for government and enterprise clients with Amber.

YourDC operates South Australia's largest ecosystem of carriers, cloud, and managed services, with two data centres strategically located on either side of Adelaide. It provides data centre co-location and connectivity services to blue-chip government, defence, and enterprise customers.
