Marguerite has agreed to sell its 37% interest in Rosace (Alsace), 22% interest in Losange (Grand Est region) and 25% interest in Fibre 31 (Haute Garonne) to industrial partner Altitude Infrastructure THD.
The portfolio of 3 networks covers approximately 1.7 m of fiber optic connections to households, public institutions and companies. Marguerite has invested in these three FTTH concessions in France and has been involved in structuring and financing them. Rosace will reach full deployment this year, after a 5-year roll-out period.
The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2021 and is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent.
