The National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) of Colombia has opened the economic offers on November 30, 2021, for the Avenida Longitudinal de Occidente (ALO) Sur road PPP project in Bogotá.
Two teams, Proyectos y Desarrollos Viales del Oriente SAS- Prodeoriente SAS and Estructura Plural Alo Sur, presented their economic offers for the award of the concession contract, which includes the design, constriction, finance, operation and maintenance of the road. The project will connect Calle 13 (west of the capital) from Fontibón to the Chusacá intersection, through the 24-kilometer dual carriageway, in addition to a 10-km cycle route.
Based on the evaluation of the economic offers, the originator of the proposed project, Estructura Plural Alo Sur, has a right to improve its offer with the aim to make the proposal equal or greater than 80% of the score obtained by the best-presented offer. The evaluation of the improved offer will be published on December 03, 2021.
