Aleatica has signed a letter of intent with Mexico City Airport Group (GACM) to sell its stake in Toluca Stock Management subsidiary, representative of 49% of the capital stock of Administradora Mexiquense of the Toluca International Airport (AMAIT).
AMAIT is the holder of the concession for the administration, operation and operation of the Toluca International Airport (AIT), which was considered by the federal government to integrate its Metropolitan Airport System of the Valley of Mexico, together with the Mexico City airport and that of Santa Lucia, as an alternative to the cancellation of Texcoco airport.
This transaction is subject, among other things, to an audit process, to which the parties agree on the sale price of the shares and to the negotiation, signing and implementation of the final documents necessary to take it to out, including the corresponding acquisition contract.
