The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) has a partnership with Aldar Properties to develop a Dh8 billion (US$2.18 billion) residential community northeast of Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The Balghaiylam project aligns with the government's public-private partnership plan to offer Emiratis suitable housing within approved property projects. Pre-approved citizens can use their loan to purchase 3 to 6-bedroom villas with various architectural designs and interior layouts, tailored to their needs and finances.
The project incorporates various design features, such as schools, mosques, retail and food outlets, sports centers, community gardens, playgrounds, parks, and even an equestrian center. These amenities aim to create an integrated community, providing residents with easy access to essential facilities. The development will offer 1,743 high-quality ready-built homes, ensuring a comfortable living experience, while also granting access to a diverse range of community facilities.
