The city of Albuquerque in New Mexico, USA has launched a request for proposals (RFP) for the downtown revitalization initiative with the aim to support economic recovery and boost activity in the area.
The RFP is seeking to partner with a private bidder for housing development in a selected area of Downtown Albuquerque. The concessionaire will provide design, build, finance, operation, and maintenance services for the housing complexes. The concession period will be 50 years. The project is part of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Redevelopment Plan.
