Canadian state Alberta's general elections were held on April 16, 2019. The United Conservative Party won the elections with a manifesto of bringing back public-private partnerships for infrastructure development. Their manifesto also included a 20-year strategic capital plan for the province and pass an Alberta Infrastructure Act to provide transparency around capital project funding.
